May 1, 2008 Dear Families, Spring Clean-up Day ReminderOur “outdoor spring clean-up day” will be held on May 10th, from 8:00 AM to noon. Rain date will be on the 17th. We will be repainting the basketball court lines and refreshing the school yard. Rakes, shovels, trash bags, gloves and volunteers will be needed. A sign-up sheet will be available in the office. A good time to fulfill your volunteer hours, plus some community time with other parents. Girls Softball6th – 8th grade Girls Softball – there is enough interest for a team. Please get permission slips in by Tuesday, this will be the first day of practice. Directions to the field will follow. Kevin Reynolds will be coaching and we are looking for a co-coach. If you are interested please call Christopher Jenkins at 413-325-5097 as soon as possible. It will be a quick, but fun season. Also, please remit Jump Rote for Heart packets by Tuesday, we will be jumping the week of May 12th. BingoPlease consider volunteering to be an alternate on one of our Bingo teams. Occasionally a member may not be able to work and we will need someone to fill in. We are looking for 2-3 people to work on team four at the food bar. Please call the office if this is something you would like to do.
