The first and foremost mission of St. Michael’s School is to produce good, moral people and to ready our students for higher education. We educate students in the intellectual, emotional, social, aesthetic and athletic areas, with the common thread of the Catholic Christian message throughout. Morals and discipline are stressed by using the dynamic Catholic spirit of our parish and community. Our educational program has high expectations and standards for achievement and continually stresses religious values in the educational process. To achieve this, students are provided instruction in the following areas: Religion, Math, Reading, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Spanish (Grades five – eight), Art, Music, Physical Education and Computer Skills. As our students learn and grow our goal is to develop students who will have self-esteem, love and respect for God, be critical thinkers, have necessary skills, good values, and respect for others, and be active and effective citizens |
